For additional daily rates divide weekly rate by 7. Pool Heating by prior request £14 / $18 per day.

The rates are for the rental of the villa and NOT PER PERSON. We can accept payment by cheque in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.

All rates are INCLUSIVE of 10 % in respect of State and County taxes.

We require a deposit of £150 / $250 plus a completed booking form to secure a booking. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.

We can take provisional bookings whilst you are arranging your flights and can hold your dates for 3 working days, with no obligation.
