What makes our villa so special!

The Calabay Parc Villa is a new fully furnished luxurious villa, equipped to the highest standard and with the exception of beach towels all linen is provided. So remember… bring your own beach towels because you will be swimming either in the villa pool or in the ocean somewhere.

Four double sized bedrooms all with large walk-in cupboards, 2 King double, both with en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 single beds with a shared bathroom.
The two superb spacious master suites, include corner bath, twin vanity units with and a separate large walk-in shower and toilet.
The roomy well designed lounge that is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further TV and queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

The dining area is situated just off the kitchen to give that all together feel.
A superb heated pool with built in Spa/ jacuzzi is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. At night time you can turn on underwater illumination to create a stunning effect for your evening swim. The whole pool is fully screened with a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and its own ceiling fan…unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

Cable TV, video, music centre and telephone with free local calls and access to international numbers by use of phonecard (which can be purchased at most stores) are all there for your use.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc.
Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area.
Fully air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge, superior master bed, lanai and fitted with child security fence for the pool area.
